As the weather grows colder, and your children must stay inside more often than not, you are likely seeing an increase in their energy levels. Boost Self Esteem — Children who are allowed to be active and explore their abilities, are more likely to have good self-esteem. By allowing your child to run, jump, climb, make mistakes, try again, and accomplish things on their own, you give them the opportunity to build up their self-esteem.
