Children who do not regularly get exercise through childrens fitness play may continue on a path that can lead to possible health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and even high cholesterol. There’s a chance little exercise will cause obesity which may result in depression and low self-esteem. No parent wants that for their child and neither do we.

To get kids inspired about being active, we have stocked Kids ‘N Shape with fun attractions made for youth, designed to engage them in physical activity. We offer interactive fitness equipment that helps your child’s motor skills, flexibility, and endurance. In our facility, we have large inflatables, which includes an obstacle course, wheeled toys (ExerBugs, bumper cars, foot twisters), playing balls, and ball and foam pits. For kids who just love video games, we carry Xbox Kinect, which allows you to play games with a camera that captures your movements and results in actions in the game.Your children will be able to climb safely onto the inflatable Bounce House or Obstacle Course and have fun while helping their motor skills and improve their coordination, balance, and flexibility. We also have an open basketball court and soccer field so your child can play a sport or ride a sit-down scooter and exercise their core, reducing body fat and improving cardiovascular fitness!
